I'm new to this forum and was wondering if anyone here was suffering from Bipolar with a side order of ADD and if so what are you taking for it? At this point I'm taking 80mg of Strattera for ADD and 1500mg of Depakote for Bipolar per day. I'm not really experiencing to many side effects. I'm wondering if anyone is taking either of these medications seperately or together with no side effects ...

I can relate to a lot of what you have said my friend. I feel that I am not suited to live in this world either but in the end I just realise that I haven't yet found my 'niche' in society. Maybe you haven't either...What do you think about that?


The phobias that you speak of could very well be a confidence / self-esteem issue. I used to be scared of everything too ...

Umm I hope I'm not offending anyone to post this. Okay. It may be long post depending on how it needed to be addressed. It will be about my reaction to those who called me real nasty names associated with BP. I will give little backgrounds just to shed more insights of my behavior on relationships, psychologist, and psychiatrist.

Well...., this light box therapy indeed has done a marvelous job in regulating the SAD but I am also interested to know if the researchers have innovated the said treatment to be facilitated for any other kinds of complications as well?
