I read that users can edit posts in 24 hours time and after - not. My post was made 14 hours ago as I remember. How can I edit my post, I really need it

Heya, I would say, you should make it a little bit less complex to join.
Of course phpbb is always annoyed by spam etc, but for many confused people it may be difficult going through the hoops. For internet people, it is no issue, but someone who just found this who is not a nerd, it is difficult probably.
Possibly just a well worded intro before the registration form.

My question is, what do I need to do to participate enough to be authorized to message others?

I feel so taken advantage of. The reason mods give for not allowing deletion after a short while is that the forum wouldn't be helpful to people with mental health issues if posts disappeared. WHAT ABOUT THE FACT THAT MOST PEOPLE WITH MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES LACK THE ABILITY TO MAKE WELL THOUGHT THROUGH DECISIONS!!??
