how do you change the size of images to fit?

what sort of writing are you talking about? exams? essays?

Because it seems so common, from what I read here, but in the community so often ignored, I am wondering can a chapter be constructed for "Mothers who Abuse," from which threads can be attached?

Sorry to waste time with such a silly topic but I'm trying to set my avatar from a pic on my desktop and I'm not very tech savvy. I've searched the help topics and tried a hundred things but not having any success.
