News of Medication

Hello everyone, I am new to the forum and wanted to ask a quick question.

I have been suffering from general and social anxiety most my life and have tried around 18 different medications to date. Nothing besides Klonapin / Clonzepam has made any improvement. Anyhow, I was prescribed Abilify last night and was wondering if anyone else takes this, and if it actually helps?

most of the anxiety and panic disorder sufferers I know who did get better, did so using both medication and CBT
lots of info about CBT on the net, also self help books for agoraphobia and anxiety are full of it, I also got better this way

some just want to take meds and refuse to learn any CBT, too much stubborn thinking and pride can be the cause of this

I'm currently on 100mg of Zoloft and for anxiety. Lately, I've been feeling this kind of fuzzy-headedness. It's strange...and very distracting. I find I'm distracted very easily...and very spacey.

I'm wondering if this is part of the derealization I was experiencing before...or if maybe it's the medication.

well- just thought i'd share something- being ano, i am always trying anyything in the book to loose weight. and so i got onto Zantrex3. but omg! it makes me SOOOO anxious! it's loaded with caffeine and green tea and all that kinda stuff, and since i dont drink coffee or tea at all i guess my body isn't used to such large ammounts of caffeine and really reacts badly to it.

I've been a Anxiety sufferer for over 8 years. The first
medicine the Dr gave me was merill. Merill gave me nightmares
and it also for severe metal dissorder, so i gave them up.
Then i went on buspar to many withdrawls with them. I was given

Hi all, A dangerouslly large number of people in the order of millions are falling victims to anxiety or panic or depression of some sorts. I myself had a rough patch of depressed life. One can go to wikipedia or google and search for reported and medically proved side effects of many of these anti-depressant or anti-anxiety drugs; some being felling sick or tired, drowsiness, dry mouth, headache, difficulty sleeping, feeling agitated or nervous, constipation, ...
