I recently got a FitBit Alta and it tells me about my sleep patterns. I have insomnia and take sleeping medication but at a higher dose I'm always sleeping and exhausted, and at my current dose I just dont feel rested either, but at least I dont sleep for 14 hours and take a three hour nap during the day. This is my first post and my story is long like probably most people's who came here, but to summarize: i dont sleep at all. at all like really at all! 3h of deep sleep in 4,5 or even 6 days. at best Ill get tiring rem sleep that doesnt last long either .
