News of Impulse-Control Disorders

Why has it got to the point that no one is there when i need advice? Why dont i feel i can talk to my family or my friends?
Is it because they are sick of hearing of my problems (or mainly, the problems he causes me) and have told me to get out so so many times - that they are fed up of all his lies and all the dramas it causes?

Does anyone tell people that they are going to kill themselves? then plan out a course of action so that the people they told don't know whether they have or not. IE turn the phone of and tell others in the family if so and so calls tell them I have gone away for a while. My heart breaks at the sickness of what I have done.
