god i know. why do we do this to ourselves!!!! i read about symptoms, and suddenly im imagining myself having them. its soooooooooooooooooooo frustrating.

I've been exhibiting some hypochondriac tendencies for only a few weeks now, but it's getting to be debilitating and I want to stop it before it gets worse.
