I am a long time fan of you, my first girlfriend was a histrionic, she cheated on me eventually :D,
but i am not even mad anymore, i learned a lot from her.

For the past several months, I have thought about my HPD so much. I find out new characteristics of this PD that I identify with almost every day. Because that's how much I obsess over it, almost every day.

I decided to isolate myself from people because I feel like I don't deserve friends or relationships (I quit my job). I was reading something the other day that said that HPDs don't really feel empathy. ...

Good afternoon everyone, English is not my native language, so I apologize in advance for any mistakes.
I want to start by telling some behaviours that I've had since I was a kid:
-I used to cry over everything, and my parents pleased me.
-Always felt like I'm not here, like my mind was floating.
-I used to move my hands a lot, like I couldn't be sit still, imagine you are playing with bongos ...

Were we ALL the same? Did you feel exactly the same about each and everyone of us you professed to love?

I was diagnosed with hpd/bp1/ptsd back in December 2015 and I looked to these blogs for help and insight on what this disorder was all about. As I perused these post I've noticed so much negativity towards us hpds and not much help to offer. I've learned to use "I" statements in treatment because everybody doesn't share the same opinions.

I had a very difficult conversation on Thursday with two of my previous attention suppliers (same friendship group, they know about each other now) and I apologised for what I'd done to them - manipulation, lies, other f'd up behaviour.

Understandably they had a few questions. It was so difficult telling the truth rather than telling more lies to try to appease them. Egos were certainly dented.

I've been struggling with this. I feel like I loved my HPD, but knowing now that it was the result of manipulation, was it real love? If know that what I felt was the same feeling that I've felt in past genuine relationships; but this experience has made me doubt the value of love. It's made me doubt a lot of things. From "why am I here?" to "who took down the twin towers?" lol
