Can anyone explain to me the difference, psychologically? E.g. How do histronics tend to think that is different from how narcs think that help psychologists diagnose them?

I currently like a guy I see every day because we're in the same classes. He's intelligent, he has a great sense of humor yet understands there is a time and place for humor, and can be serious when necessary. He is a talented dancer. He is sweet and sensitive. He also recently got engaged.

Is a histrionic more like a borderline or a narcissist?
For me it looks more like the first, many talk about histrionics as female narcissists but I do not really see that need to feel superior to others and if a demand for attention very close to the demand for non-abandonment of the borderline.

Ok so I posted on here a few weeks ago about my ex wife, and got some really good advice. To sum things up, I meet this girl when I was 17,and she was 20. Started seeing each other even though she had a boyfriend. Well she would tell me how he abused her and so on.

I'm back, with yet another "cause of x personality disorder" theory, this time about HPD.

And I'll keep it short, just allowing necessary elaboration to occur with the responses.

My theory is as such:

I theorize that emotion/love comes from feeling beauty and, with Histrionics, they only feel beauty when with/around other people.

Also, regarding the other personality disorders to give you some context:

Antisocials don’t feel beauty (AKA they don’t feel at all,) Narcissists ...

For an attractive woman (as are almost all histrionics) it is relatively easy to get bulk men.
But being that they take the initiative in terms of sexual provocation is even easier.

I recently spoke to a therapist about my HPD. I also spoke to her about how I was hating myself and feeling like I don't deserve to live. When I tried to tell her about the intrusive suicidal thoughts I get that I want to stop having, she cut me off. Wouldn't let me finish, changed the subject.
