How do NPDs and HPDs differ in terms of their attachment to sources of narcissistic supply?

Are NPDs more ruthless and detached in the way AsPDs are?

From the interesting comments about HPDs keeping pictures of their exes and also referring to them positively, do HPDs tend to "hang on" to their narcissistic supply in a way that NPDs don't?
