Hi everyone,

I've been looking on the net today after having another panic attack/hypo - whatever it is!

Basically I sometimes have weird panic attack type things when I go out drinking with my mates. My heart beats so fast and hard that it freaks other people out when I let them feel it. My chest gets a bit tight and I get a bit breathless but thats it.
