Filing Bankruptcy

Even though GA does not reccomend filing bankruptcy I am. I tried through a debt consolidation company to pay my debts off for a year and a half at a monthly rate that was equal to my rent. They were ripping me off in that they were letting my cards just charge off versus making payment to them. I ended up having to pay taxes on those cards. They paid off a few. I am ...

Would you do this?

Let's say that someone would give you all the money required to gamble as much as you wanted to, yet the "catch" is that you had to gamble it all, and that you could keep none of your winnings. Who would do this? Probably not many of us. It sounds like a waste of time. To go the casino and play the games hour after hour, it would seem like we were kids at a ...

ANOTHER LIE OF THE ADDICTION

Just reading through the latest posts, I was reminded of another lie I used to tell myself and I'm sure others have done it as well..........You lose a lot of money and you think that if you could only win it back, you would quit gambling........it's a LIE.....even if you win it back, you won't quit....I've done it before.....what's worse is if you don't win it back, you lose more and more until the losses ...

The most difficult addiction is gambling

Quote
I do some work for one of the top addiction centers in America. The most difficult addiction is gambling, is the only one where you can WIN. Can’t win from drugs or booze but that Next race, hand of cards, etc you can win. Only addiction with a plus side.
