For the past two years I have had an on and off gambling problem, which reached its most severe point in early 2017. To this point I'm not sure how much money I've lost, but its is in the thousands. I've had loans, credit cards, and as a last resort borrowed money from my parents to try and repair the damage, but every time I stop, I always seem to go back.

It's gotten to the point now where if I don't stop, I think I would sell the house (which is paid off) to keep going.

Hi all, I'm new to the community here. I have decided to stay gambling free (casino, sports betting) from today onwards. Can I get some thoughts on buying lottery though ? Is spending let's say $10 every week on lottery considered gambling? Is it possible to do so and not risk a relapse ?

Been gambling back and forth for a while (usually 100 dollar a go) however this friday night I ended up losing 1,2k $. (All on slots online/cellphone slots).

This is way to much for me, even though I'm using savings, I'm still very disappointed with myeself. No matter how hard I try to reach a savings goal, I always take two steps back due to gambling.
