Well im roughly 6 weeks gamble free, this is the first gamble free Christmas holiday for many years, Its been so much better and more sociable without gambling sucking up all my time and money. Just feeling a general uplift in spirit and had a great break. Just before my final gambling binge those few weeks ago i won about 3,000 and then just lost the lot over the week which finally helped me realise ...

I saw somebody I know from GA who quit coming to meetings about six months ago and he was back at it by madly scratching off lottery tickets. There had been some unsubstantiated reports of his relapse but now it's for sure. He had gone more than two years and been diligent about coming to meetings but it seems that laziness has taken its toll.

This really annoyed me, social casino games are totally unregulated and I strongly feel that even tho you can't play for money, they could still get people into an addiction.

Worse still these games are not regulated and are available to all ages.....

Does anyone else think regulation is needed? *mod edit*

Ok so I used to gamble every day all day, I lost thousands and ending up coming clean to my bank and parents, it helped me so much, it made every thing clearer and I swore to myself all my gambling was finished with.
