Is this a good software for anyone wanting to stop gambling?

Confession: I love Mr. Rogers. He is sorely needed in today's world. He would be the first to remind us that we're not our gambling disorder. We are capable and deserving of loving and being loved, and I find that consciously reminding myself of that has done wonders to help me out of destructive negative self-talk that gambling so often brings upon me.

Hi guys, been a while since my last post. Don’t know how long how many days to be exact gamble free I am stopped counting a little while ago. But I’m over the 2 year mark. My response to gambling lies in my growth and freedom

Girl/Boy do I ever need growth and freedom, freedom mostly from THOUGHTS of gambling invading my mind CONSTANTLY. The only way to get rid of the thoughts is to quit gambling. My brain has been trained to think of gambling. I NEED TO AND WILL retrain my brain.

Every once in a while I write about my gambling addiction, one day not long ago this is what I wrote:
Muster up the energy to change
throw my life away - not anymore
its my choice and choices are difficult
don’t spend my life in hell(casino) or prison
it is getting progressively worse
it is beyond desperation
I am a zombie
nothing to look forward to
no hopes, no dreams

I continue to receive promotional material, fliers etc. These offers include $200 per week in player cash to play on a slot machine. The offers also include free cruises, dinners, concerts, trips, etc.
