Confession: I love Mr. Rogers. He is sorely needed in today's world. He would be the first to remind us that we're not our gambling disorder. Happy new year

Hi guys, been a while since my last post. Don’t know how long how many days to be exact gamble free I am stopped counting a little while ago. But I’m over the 2 year mark. Retraining my brain is the goal

My response to gambling lies in my growth and freedom

Girl/Boy do I ever need growth and freedom, freedom mostly from THOUGHTS of gambling invading my mind CONSTANTLY. The only way to get rid of the thoughts is to quit gambling. My brain has been trained to think of gambling. I NEED TO AND WILL retrain my brain.
