Looking for just some recommendations for anxiety/depression meds for a 19 year old male. he has been suffering for a long time with anxiety/depression and finally has asked for help. He had turned to alcohol prior and still wants to drink some but not like he was.

So we are trying to find a anxiety/depression med that tolerates some drinking BUT does not have sexual sideeffects.

He is also in therapy.
