Help…

I’m so lost… I feel like I’m living in a groundhogs day hell loop and I can’t escape it.

My (26M) partner (23M) and I have been together for three years. When we first met, he warned me about his RAD and how tough it would be for me if I wanted to pursue a relationship with him. For the past two years of our relationship I have been begging him to get help and ...

Is She a Narcissist

Good morning.

I'm a 40-year-old man who has been married for 17 years to my wife, whom I've suspected of being a narccisist since 2013. I've often considered leaving her, and I haven't been truly happy in my marriage for years. I wanted to present some of her behaviors to see if she might not have some narcissistic traits:

- I've been walking on eggshells since day 1 of our marriage. Everything I say, especially ...

No friends advice

Today is my birthday and I came to the realization that I do not have any true friends. I always engage in their social media posts, give them likes, text them Holiday wishes, and Birthday greetings, gave gifts etc. One friend in particular I was always caring and thoughtful towards. Especially when she was sick and was struck with family tragedy. Everyone knows that today is my birthday and it's been radio silent (from them). ...

So me and my work friend used to be very close and she knew everything about me but past few months she's been acting weird so one day she tried to yank my chair from underneath me but I managed to keep it still so she fought me to try and push me to the floor and she's started taking like 2 or 3 days to reply to my messages and then just randomly messages ...

Family Members Keep giving Narc Mother info about me

I'm new to this forum and could really use the support/guidance. Has anyone had family members that won't stop giving info to the Narc in the family? To be clear I've had no contact for 7+ years. Now, Narc parent has caught wind that I speak to the family members and is just pumping them for info. It's really bad.

What do you guys typically do about these family members that don't seem to care ...

How to deal with family members who neglects their health?

I'm really desperate to what to do about my *family member*.
She neglects her health, refuses to get treatment for a very painful but otherwise benign disease she has.
She agrees that she needs to take certain medication and supplements (one being highly suggested by doctors, like Folate), but just doesn't take them. Every time I ask she says "yes I'll take it" but "later". And later means never since about 10 years. She even ...

How to deal with an NPD sister?

99% sure she is NPD, and or Histrionic. Maybe BPD too.
Very toxic behavior and a control freak.
She also has anorexia, or had it when she was younger, and she is ADHD.
She is the middle sister of 3. I am the youngest and a male. We are all older now.
She has to be the center of attention, always.
Displays all the Narc supply manipulation signs.
Ingratiates then will throw you under the ...

Spouse support - Evolution of a long marriage to a schizoid

If you have been married to a schizoid man/woman for 20+ years, I am interested to read your story.

What was missing in marriage, if anything for you?
What kept you going this long?
What attracted them to you in the first place?
Did your spouse expect you to be emotionally flat to satisfy their needs?
Did they accuse you of not being “safe”?
How did you react to their asexual nature?
Was your marriage ...

Divorcing a narc, what to expect

Hello you all, I am seeking help!
Pardon me this is going to be a long thread with much detail.
My husband and I got married 20 years ago after 1 year of long distance dating. We have a 30 year age gap, I moved to his country because he didn't want to live in mine.
The marriage was full of rollercoasters since the beginning. My husband lacked boundaries. Every time we had an argument ...

Something I've noticed about my older brother

Ever since I was a young kid my brother and I have always had fights. They could have been over a number of different things but whenever he absolutely blew his top it was due to one particular subject. He would explode and beat the ever loving heck out of me. I could call him anything else under the sun but this one particular subject and all would be fine. He would get into fights ...
