How is the diagnosis made between Factitous and Workmans Comp Fraud? A fellow nurse has tried in the past to fake Multiple Sclerosis so she could get WC. i hate it so so much.

My Mum's a mental health nurse and even she hates me for it, and she's confirmed that pretty much all health officials hate Munchausen's patients.

And would somebody with MS - research and try to pretend they have things like "tapeworm" lol or do people with MS try to deceive people by pretending they have life threatening illnesses?
