Years and years ago my period was very regular. It would comes every 28 or 29 days every month. When I was having som issues with food, I missed my period for 4 months. Now I'm back to getting my period for several months, but instead of coming every 28-30 days, it's always late. I think it's just not fully back on track ever since my eating problem.
