I just read another thread and certain aspects of it were very familiar. I thought perhaps if i wrote something of my recent dramas and events you could tell me if I matched the criteria od DID please?

Hi, i'm new to the board. i've had DID since I was a teen. But I have very little coping skills to deal with the dissociating and am feeling as though I'm the only one goi'ng through it. Does anyone else out there know what it's like to go through this???? Please reply.

I don't know whether I got some form of DID or not, and hope that the knowledgeable folks on this forum can maybe help me out here.
