I'm afraid. I think my friend is missing and the one in her place is the alter she warned me wanted to get her out of the way of him living the life he wants, without her rules and guidelines. If she she really is gone is it possible that she'll never come back?

Hi. I have DID, diagnosed by a doctor, and i was wondering the following :
how do i know which one is the host?
Because i know i feel transgendered 99.6% of the time,
but what if thats just an alter?
I wouldnt get a sex change because i dont feel thats rhe right route for me.but i know I feel male, dress male, and want to Pass as a male.
