1. When I was thirteen I woke up one morning and began writing in my story. I fell asleep again and woke up with something written about mice. It wasn't much, but mice was far from my mind when I fell asleep. Is it possible that I dissociated or was it simply sleep writing? I mean, have you guys ever done anything like this? I'm not sure if my alters would have had complete identities ...

Well I was showering when I had a very odd experience. My sanity seems to be melting but I promised I would write this even though it makes me feel awkward.

I can detect the differences, though. I also have learned to decipher my own thougths from alters speaking because I always get a mental image of the alters when it is them. They are always in the same place in this dark area. Logan towards the right, Hope towards the left, Lulu in the middle and the denials are towards the far back left. The images of them are not vivid, they're almost a blur...Not ...

I am new to having my alters out and actually interacting as themselves. Well, only one really has introduced himself to other people as such, but every time he is out he has a hat that he wears, and if he can't get to the hat at the time, he is kind of cranky. Does anyone else experience this?

I keep upsetting C. By saying I don't have DID. But he brought up a very good point: why do I always pass off symptoms of DID by saying everyone has that, but when Zack or I have a moment where we think we have AIDS or cancer or something, its solely us?
