i am 23, live in israel and have 13 alters.
i dont know anyone else like me and i would like to get to know all of you and i need your support.
i communicate with my alters by writing. i cant have any other form of conversation with them yet. i hope that it will happen sometime.

Has anyone had the pleasure of taking too much medicine because of their alters? Ok too negative... sorry...
Anyways, we were hospitalized for overdosing on headache medicine. Now I am kind of scared to go and buy more medicine. even though we are supposed to have an agreement, I am not feeling very trusting, because someone came out this morning and tried to take more medicine.

I'm just curious about this. If you've been dx'ed as DID, how did you come to realise that there were insiders within you? Was it from time loss, or from seeing things written or done by alters, for example, or was it a mixture of things? And how long did it take for you to face that what you saw was not always necessarily what 'you' had done, which meant accepting that there were ...
