My friend need advice.He is having Diabetes.He is only 35 year old.Will it cause kidney disease?We wont get symptoms at the beginning of kidney disease.So these patients should do the screening test.He is in a fear that will it leads to kidney failure?

Diabetes is one of the life long disease and there are number of people are suffering from diabetes. My uncle is also a type 1 diabetic patient and I am very much careful about his health and meal.
