Im 15, i think im deppresd, but not sure, one day when i was really upset i cut my rists with a razor, they bled it was sore but i felt as if i was doing something to rid of the pain, it stopped me crying because i couldnt stop looking at them. it wasnt a deep cut at all.

Wonder if anybody has tried taking Vitamin B Complex. I know it suppose to help with stress and anxiety.

What do you do if somebody will not admit they cut?

the cuts i make aren't exactly deep.
Just enough to make me bleed for a couple minutes.
and I never show anyone. I'm pretty much afraid they'll think i'm doing it for the attention (which i'm obviously not, since i'ev never shown anyone)

But i just don't get why I do it.

Ok well I have tourettes and have urges to tic and stuff but im now having them same urges to harm myself. I scratch my self really hard till theres blood and when Im washing a knife or something my urges make me do stabbing motions towards my chest. It feels like my arm is in control but ...

if you're forced into a mental hospital, do they make you remove piercings/shave your head, or anything like that?
