I saw some emotional abuse with my nephew a few years back (which I did report...) I'm over there helping my mom watch him this week and first day I'm seeing some tell tale signs of anorexia which I'm worrying that the emotional abuse triggered. I don't trust my brother and the "evil step-mother" to handle it appropriately. Thoughts on what I should do?
