In Need of Advice

I have a "friend" who is now in his late twenties and had been regularly having sexual congress with girls of 14/15 for many years. I have talked to my friends regarding this and they say that if he continues to fraternise with young ...

Kids protecting step-dad

Don't want to give too many details because the abusive set of parents are internet/computer saavy. But myself and husband are aware of abuse of his kids by their mother and step-dad. The oldest is afraid to say anything because he doesn't want to get his step-dad in trouble. Most of the kids have stated they'd rather live with us. We would be willing to seek custody. I'm wondering what the worst is that could ...

REvictimization

It seems to be the phrase "once a vitim...always a victim" seems to be true. Im not sure if I( make myself a victim because abuse is so...."me" its what I always known, or maybe its because others see me as an easy target...or is it a mix of mnay things?

What was this?

As seems to be the case with many here, this is my first post.

For the past (at least) 6 years, I have been trying to decide what to make of certain childhood experiences.

The thing is, the boys were my age...we were only 7 probably.

Because we were the same age, should I characterize it as "childhood curiosity" or what?

Please, if anyone can help me what to make of this I'd appreciate. I've ...
