My family, being my brother, sister and myself have all suffered abuse has children. I'm 36 now and still consider the abuse to be something I can not forgive.
While I have over come it and admittedly risen above it, it was at some great cost to me personaly. The realisation of the influence the abuse had on my habits and way of life took more then I can say from me.
