For reasons I'm not sure of, I really don't know what the truth is. I don't know if what was said was mean or if I'm wrong in holding a grudge. I hear two opinions on this:

- "Everyone gets bullied"

- "Only some people get bullied"

So which is it? I'm more along the lines of the latter, I seriously doubt "most people get bullied". At college or school I scanned around and I noticed next to no people who actually faced bullying, by the looks of it, it was just me and a few other people at absolute most.

I've just come to realize that I have been the target of workplace bullying over the last 2-3 years. I knew my work environment could sometimes be very stressful, but it never occurred to me that my colleague was engaging in extremely severe verbal and psychological abuse.

Still dealing with memories of ex friends who I consider bullies. I learned a technique. Repeating "I forgive you (name)." To do it whenever the jerks pop into my mind. It was recpmmended. I have to say it's working. Although I see it takes time to. I am willing to try anything to let these people go.
