Well, I guess I still do get feelings of abandonment/rejection over friends though it's not crippling it hurts.

I have some acquaintances who hold a private study group twice a month. I was invited as a guest last month and thought we all got along fine. I told the woman who had me there as her guest that I'd love to come back.

But now I've found out they had a study group this weekend ...

I hope this doesn't sound strange but in my quest for finding ways to relief all these confusing emotions and get to their causes I have heard about this technique in the Scientology Church Sessions where they measure and relief the intensity of emotions with a technical instrument.

Did anybody try that? If so... could u tell me more about it ?

Does anyone ever feel the strong need to put themselves in a dangerous situation, or they seek it out or dream about it ? like being badly hurt ?

I hate social situations and have been taking a lot of time from work .... but i really need human contact but nobody cares enough i think i have had hugs, love etc i would feel better and some social support offline too.
