I'm attached to my psychologist. Help me?

So I'm attached to my psychologist. I've been seeing her for just over a year and a half.
I'm so scared of her leaving me. :(
If she were to leave me(ie. move away which results in me not being able to see her/her believing I'm stable and healthy enough to not need her etc.) I can only imagine what would happen. To be honest I can ...

How do you make friends as a BPD and being 35+?

I just am not sure how people make friends.

Even without BPD, after a certain age it is just really difficult to meet new people and have much time to bond and share experiences with each other. You could find the person who would on paper be your best friend, but you may only see them for 1-2 hours every 2-4 weeks. It's not like school where you are around the same people all the ...

It tends to happen more when I've been feeling depressed and lonely..

I basically just feel like ...

Does this sound familiar to anyone?

I have this friend who I've known for pretty much my whole life. I'm fifteen and I met her when I was three.
Now, she's moved interstate and I feel like I've lost my identity. I just don't know who I am without her. She is me. I found this quote thing, that says:
"When you're around someone so much, for so long, they become a part of you. And when they change or go ...

Neurosis Bordering on Psychosis?

I heard that "neurosis bordering on psychosis" was the definition of Borderline awhile back. What does it mean, exactly?

And I'm curious to know what everyone's personal definition of what being "Borderline" is. (?)

Stupid therapists…

My therapist of 2+ years triggered me big time the other day. I finally brought up the subject of how I feel ashamed of my core personality. After a couple of minutes of talking about that, I felt like I'd said all I had to say about it, for that moment, and wanted to jump to another and equally painful subject.
She interrupted me and told me I was being too "mechanical", jumping from subject ...
