Love me and Leave me.. What’s perceived and what is real?

I've recently started to discover that I have some cluster traits of the other PD's. My therapist says its rather normal with someone with Borderline.


Anyone else have confusing traits of other PD's? Mine are so contradictory.

Is it the brain chemistry or is it the Environment/Events, Genes?

Or is it all? Some of that?


Do we know? Do you know?

I think abandonment is a well accepted core to borderline personality disorder. I hate to use the dreaded "we" term here, but is it possible that a big part of our draw to relationships is to avoid that feeling of not being abandoned. So the motivation traces back to that feeling.
