Oh Man Am I In Trouble Now! (*trigger*)(personal life update

I'm serious, this is triggery just because it's a really bad influence thing to say but...

... my online stalking of my ex and the woman he left me for finally paid off after two and a half months.

I was kicking myself for unblocking them this week after several weeks of trying to put them outta my mind but now I'm not sorry I did because she's posting BREAKUP VIDEOS on her wall today. ...

The only time I leave the house is for appointments and to go and sit next to my mother and watch her play the pokies at the casino while i sip on our free drinks. ...

Are you BPD and a parent?

Is there anyone on here who can share their experience having bpd and being a parent?

I'm a single mother to a six month old son. Sometimes I feel like horrible parent because I can't control my anger. I'm having a hard time in the past several days with getting angry and refraining myself. I'm scared I'll not be able to, that I'll pass my awful traits to him, that I'll end up in crisis ...

Mum controlling me because I have bpd, & bro abusing me

I have been diagnosed with bpd for years now and over the years my mum has become increasingly controlling. I am about to turn twenty, still living at home with my mum and younger brother. I smoke weed here and there as a "private mind holiday" to chill out and listen to good music and be in my own little world and my mum doesnt approve. Shes gone so far as to stop me from ...

DBT Skills Training works!!! (for me anyway)

I just want to put out there, despite my tough days, that since I've been back in DBT Skills Training Group and recently started up individual DBT (a switch from about 18 years of regular talk therapy) (I'm in my late thirties), I've made major, major, major changes!!! It was hard at first for me to start utilizing the skills taught, but when I do make use of them I kick ass.

While everyone is ...

Maya's poem that helps me

Life Doesn’t Frighten Me

Shadows on the wall

Noises down the hall

Life doesn’t frighten me at all

Bad dogs barking loud

Big ghosts in a cloud

Life doesn’t frighten me at all

Mean old Mother Goose

Lions on the loose

They don’t frighten me at all

Dragons breathing flame

On my counterpane

That doesn’t frighten me at all.

I go boo

Make them shoo

I make fun

Way they run

I won’t cry

So ...

A reminder

I just felt like saying, I have never spoken to such an abundance of genuinely nice people since joining this forum, life can be hard for us, and we can judge ourselves so harshly with others judgment combined with our harsh judgment of ourselves, sometimes driven from self hate , because we cannot abide how sensitive we are and how different that can make us feel from other people. How weak it can make us ...

New Here/Should I Be? (**Possible Trigger**)

Hey....I'm really new to the whole online forum thing but a friend suggested that I give it a try.
My topic "Should I Be?" sums up what this post will be about. I hope someone out there can help me understand myself.

My doctors say I am Bi-Polar, but after researching it I think that I'm not. Then again, I could be wrong. So as I was reading up on mental health I came across ...
