I have good news for everyone

It is completely possible to overcome binge eating ! I've done it, and it's been one of the most rewarding experiences of my entire life. For 6 years I was a binge eater/bulimic but I have completely overcome it.

I used to binge multiple times a day during the bad times, my weight was up and down something chronic, I was depressed and had panic attacks ...

research project (this post has mod permission)

Hi my name is Emily.

I am currently conducting research as a requirement of my Masters in Clinical Psychology at Bond University.

The questionnaire takes approximately 20 minutes to complete. ...

Only recently have I accepted that I have a huge problem with binge eating. The past 2 years have been unreal ...

How many of you thought "Oh go on! It`s Christmas! Treat yourself!" and are now regretting it?

I messed up.

So now I keep tormenting myself with thoughts like "how could you let yourself go like that?! Have you got no self control what so ever?" You know, the usual...

Keep pinching my stomach and cringing...I was doing ok for a while. Losing weight felt GOOD. Having self-control felt good. Letting myself go makes me ...
