a case of anti-social personality disorder? concerned...

I don't know if anyone could point me in the right direction but I have a question....

My boyfriend and I had a recent blowout, and when all was calm and said and done, he said he seriously thought that he had anti-social personality disorder. While he has some symptoms, it doesn't all match up.

-he does have a disregard for what anyone cares or thinks, except for me. He really doesn't care about anyone ...

Question on interaction

What is the recommended tact for those who might not necessarily agree with you on mundane issues? I had an argument once with an acquaintace about killing a litter of kittens her cat had had. If she's chosen to mate with some wretched alley cats and the kittens are mogs and you can't get anything for them, then logically you need to kill them. I wonder if the queen cat can register this?

Where Do We Begin? Help for son

Our 17 year old (18 in August) has been treated for ADD/Depression and has been seen by a counselor for some time. He is just finishing his junior year and still (hopefully) has a year at home although with his behavior, we may be forced to make him leave before he graduates. Several things have escalated out of control in the past year or so (lying, stealing money from us, behavior problems in school, opposition ...

He spent most of his life in the local mental hospital and he raped my aunt and abuse my grandmother. Apparently he actually did love people close to him but he couldn't express it. I think I have avoidant personality disorder and I have been diagnosed with borderline, always wondered if his problems had anything ...
