What's wrong with my Ex?

I got myself into a pretty bad situation and just had a lucky escape. But I'm still wrecking my head about the things that happened and I was hoping, maybe somebody with more experience in that field could give me an answer.

Please share tips & strategies for dealing with ASPD person

My goal is to minimize the amount he is able to use them as tools for his own vindictive agenda against me.

Minimize the effect or counteract him lying and cheathing without undermining him as a father and person.

So what in your opinion makes someone a sheep?

What do you define as a sheep? Because for me no such person exists. People are people. Some are vulnerable and some aren't. That's the way I see it anyways..

(Fixed the title)

Psychopathy.

Assuming psychopathy is genetic and not a part of your upbringing. Whilst sociopathy is not genetic but is a result of bad upbringing.

- I was a bully in school.
- I enjoy watching people in pain.
- I tortured some animals but did not find it funny, so I stopped.
- I have no empathy.
- ...

Att those who claim to be sociopaths

What makes you so sure you're a sociopath? Have you been officially diagnosed by a professional? Why do you feel compelled to come on this forum and discuss your disorder with "normal" human beings? Aren't you guys supposed to be out in the world preying on people?

I ask the question, because the tendency to diagnose oneself is probably just as prevalent for sociopathy as it is for other psychological and behavioural disorders. I am ...
