My anger often stems from my environment on top of my Asperger's. I often do a lot of crying inside and I get angry very quickly. I need help in dealing with this.

In regards to the concept Anger Management... what do you do to solve this?

I got butchred by a dentist 4 years ago. He gave me a mouth full of acrylic even though he knew I was allergic to it. I am still in some pain after 4 years of work and nearly $20, 000 to fix this. I've always had outbursts after being pushed too far. Usually only certain people that I feel think about me a certain way or act toward me a certain way are people I have outbursts on ( people I feel are thinking negative thoughts or want to pick on me or just want to feel like they are better than me..... the "school bully" types, heck, my own older brother).
