This won't be a boring rational intelligent post :

I don't feel anger. I feel hate.

A white hot burning resentment like two red flaming eyes luring in the dark without forgiveness, compassion or restraint, predatoring without mercy. For slaughter. For destruction. Fuelled by pure hatred.

I have a younger brother he is sweet but also so anger tell me how can deal with him.

Are many things in the world that make me spitting mad. If I let these actually make me angry I'd be buying a box of Twinkies and taking up residence in some campus bell tower somewhere...I used to fantasize if ever diagnosed with some terminal condition and told I have only months left to live, after getting a second and third opinion to make sure (hehe) I'd go on a killing spree taking out people ...

I don't know how to get rid of my anger. I've tried breaking windows, assaulting people and setting fire to numerous buildings, but I'm still angry. What should I do?

Aside from being just an overall mess, I have this fairly specific problem.
My father was abusive, so I never learned any anger management skills. With him it was always screaming and physical violence.

Now that I have my own children, it's a big problem. I'm repeating the same behaviors as him. And it's killing me.

It depends on how you define it, but after taking 3+ years of bullying,

devalued and isolated, a Dutch immigrant putting effort learning French,

accumulated any negative emotion not letting anything ever out,

+ family issues, amplified by my ADHD, extra sensitive by my AvPD

and resulted in possible PTSD in the process with recurring nightmares,

while never cried and completely undiagnosed,

misunderstood so I had to put pressure on myself unmedicated,
