Hi there

Thought I'd come on here as it's been a while since I've been on these forums. Since the last time back in 2012 I have become agoraphobic. Haven't left my house since July (apart from to go to the odd doctors appointment which luckily is the street next to mine).

I'm trying to work out why my agoraphobia has appeared. I feel I've always had it, even if only a day here or ...

Does anyone only become agoraphobic when their in a bad mood?

I have mild agoraphobia.
What I mean is, when I'm in a happy mood, I feel fine around a large crowd of people, I usually don't give a poop about them. But if I'm in a bad mood, I start to get very panicky and need to find somewhere where I can be alone in order to keep myself calm.
