I'm planning a book where the two central characters suffer from Agoraphobia. Sort of a star-crossed lovers theme - they meet on a forum, fall in love and have to battle their condition in order to meet in person. Whether they have a happy ending or not, I don't yet know. I like my characters to evolve over time and tell me for themselves, once I've got to know them.

Hello, I'm new and I'm wondering if anyone has any tips on how to cope with a 3 hour plane ride? I'm agoraphobic and anytime I go on an airplane I start to just think of how I can't escape and feel lightheaded and panic over nothing.
