First and foremost addictions are normal because there is so much time in the day. I think this addiction is fueled its is common and is making us realize how society needs to entertain. Games fun training our mentality to do a little more than . Addictions make us ill and is good under study for more of the other things in society to do and out let.....

I have always had to have something to be addicted to. Now middle aged looking back it started with food, then nicotine, alcohol, huffing, weed, fitness, alcohol, nicotine, opioids, and amphetamines. Why cant I just live without an addiction? Something is in the way and I cant pin point it. Even if I could, would it change anything? I dont know what else to say. I'm just tired of everything which is really nothing new.

I can no longer control my money spending and it's gone to lengths where I chuck money everywhere without thinking it through. I probably spent $200 recently on youtube super chats. I'm spending most of my money on things I don't need and wasn't planning to get. I have countless subscriptions that I don't need. I need help.

I will be short and straight to the point. Infornography, scrolling reddit, news, forums and the likes is a waste of time, build bad habits (relying on instant gratification) and is just bad. I will break this habit.
