A poem I wrote today.

One slippery tin god,
Oiled black
And prime
Casts aspersion on his foes.

Bandaged roads,
Band aids for trees,

I am at the end of my rope.. :(

I honestly don't know where to start.
I woke up this morning and as I had my morning cigarette, I just think, as always. I have a loving Mother, sister, best friend (who I hardly see), and boyfriend. I am grateful for them. I am just lonely, still. I have no one to relate to.

I have been in a mental facility 2 times the past 4 years. It always helps me and I do ...

Progress with new alter.

Hey everyone. Just wanted to share some progress I have made with a new alter. I'm actually feeling really good and I suppose on some level quite excited about him. In my previous post I explained how I had been trying to push him away because I didn't feel I could handle another one but I took the advice I was given and decided not to view this as a negative thing.

For the last ...

But regardless of whether you have to take them for a while, just know that curing panic attacks and agoraphobia is all in you. You're 100% capable of doing it. I know it's difficult, ...

Going Back To Work After Agoraphobia

This isn't so much about overcoming panic, as it is about how awesome life is after. You feel bulletproof! Hope and a positive attitude are critically important to curing panic attacks and agoraphobia once and for all. Sometimes people really focus too much on the day to day struggle and forget to put a little attention on where they'd like to be, so I thought I'd remind you. Once again, in case this is the ...
