we been in therapy for almost 5 years. some want to integrate, some don't. But since we started thinking about it, it feels like there are unknown insiders that are sitting behind me. it feels like someone has slammed the breaks on any progress I was making, and we have just become a lump. sitting at home, not even doing the stuff we normally like to do.
