This is my personal account of an alien abduction.

It was about 11pm. I was watching a movie, when suddenly I got this bad feeling in my gut. I had been off my medication for about 2 weeks since the pharmacy wouldn't pay for any more pills for me. Yes, I am schizophrenic, but please don't discredit my account just yet. I thought to myself that this was going to be another bad schizophrenic episode, ...

Lately i've developed an irrational fear of developing oral cancer, soon afterwords I developed a swollen lump on the side of my mouth, which was normal, then i developed a little lump/dry skin on my lips, the bump was in my mouth, doctor said there wasn't much to worry about.

I through-out get thoughs about having advanced lung cancer, brain cancer, oral cancer, or some other fatal form, every little tiny lump bump discoloration or ...

Now that Ive come clean as a compulsive liar where do I go from here?

Is there self help, face to face groups out there, special counselors or what?

I dont want my recovery to end here. If anyone is doing well with coping or has beaten this please send me some pointers.

Well...., this light box therapy indeed has done a marvelous job in regulating the SAD but I am also interested to know if the researchers have innovated the said treatment to be facilitated for any other kinds of complications as well?
