I watched the documentary Egomania about NPD on Youtube recently. In it, it mentioned several times something that I had missed when reading about narcisissm. It's still a continuum with degrees of traits, and people with 4 traits ALMOST have NPD, a person with 5 has NPD, and a person with 7 or 8 has extreme NPD. So, how do you guys stack up?
