Waking up with heart burn for the past 3 days, and stomach pains. Just now I found blood in my stool. Was wondering, is that life threatening , or should I just wait for tommorrow cause I have a check up anyway?

Hello. I am here bcuz despite all my attempts at maintaining a normal life it all fell apart AGAIN. I was diagnosed in 1994 with MPD(DID). However, when I read more about it, it seems that I only appear outwardly to have it; I don't experience any of the inner characteristics of this disorder.
