I have a bit of a dilemma lately, see, I feel like I'm paranoid of my HPD ex friend coming back to 'ruin' my current relationship with my boyfriend (because he 'used' to be a friend of hers before he and I got together). my name is jun and i was wondering if there is an effective way to redduce anxiety from the voices in my head.
i tried listening to loud music to drown the voice but the voice becomes as loud as the music as well so it's even worse.
