Can't believe I am posting this at 11pm on Xmas Eve. I was diagnosed a couple of months ago with Asperger's Syndrome (I am in my mid 30s). This came as a big relief in many respects, but has also been profoundly difficult in terms of adjustment. There appears to be little or no support out there.

It's ridiculous the way I think. For example, I'll be driving and I may see a car stopping to the right of me at a stop sign, waiting for me since I have the right of way. I'll think in my head that they're stopping because they recognize me or something. Or I may wonder if they're stopping because they know me or something to that effect. I know it's illogical but I can't help ...
