It seems like since I've been diagnosed I spend all my time analyzing my every thought, action and feeling. This leaves very little time to actually live. I can't relax and have fun anymore. I'm afraid if I do relax I'll relax too much and go off on another tangent. I was getting nowhere living in a way that i was ruled my my feelings and episodes but this isn't living either.

First thing was my boyfriend said he had spoke to one of his friends(who is a girl) on the phone, and i was in a bad mood feeling jealous and annoyed, I had been asking him for ages to save his chats with his friends (he speaks to alot of girls which makes me jealous and paranoid) but he resisted for ages saying he doesnt see why he has to.
