Such a diagnosis does not exist. NPD, ASPD and psychopathy are three distinct disorders and their co-occurence would be quite rare. ASPD would not fit with your moral problems and psychopathy not with your paranoid (?) fears. You should get cleared up what you actually have. Get a differential for substance-abuse, possible brain-damage and schizophrenia spectrum disorders while youre at it, frankly speakign your posts seem more plainly insane than psychopathic or narcissistic.

and I'm afraid to leave my home is there anyone else that is like that on here

Narcissistic illness is only one of many possible reasons for such fear. While youre getting an actual diagnosis, tell teh professional about these problems. A lot of them can be tackled with relatively short-term therapies and dont necessitate any medication, as long as they're not caused by a more serious illness.

She said she was diagnosed, presumably by a professional. By what criteria do you reject the opinion of a professional? Maybe there are theorists who don't agree with you. Maybe formally educated theorists have differing and conflicting theories. Maybe there is no consensus. Are you more educated than they are? Have you had formal education on these matters? Do you have any degrees? Maybe you should include a few citations once in a while with your terse, dismissive and denigrating comments toward other people's claims, opinions and experiences.

I have gotten a lot of positive feedback over the years for my informative posts from people who have gained insight, have been kept from killing themselves, and who have found ways to get help after interacting with me; and I usually give references and citations if I am asked. How many people do you think have you helped with your constant nagging, complaining and hostile projecting?
I'm really tiring of your crap old man. While you are still running in circles trying to fix stuff using your ridiculously feeble mind, I have started to change my life. Do you have the balls to do anything positive with the rest of your time? Or is nagging on a forum like a retarded troll really all you can do?
Also welcome to my ignore list.

Sociopath and psychopath are words that commonly describe antisocial personality disorder. Sometimes they're used interchangeably, but some experts differentiate between the two. ... It appears that it is a combination of these personalities that constitutes a narcissistic sociopath.

How did you get diagnosed as a psychopath karenk? Were you arrested for something? Are you a criminal? Is your diagnosis recent? I've read your posts but honestly they're not making a lot of sense. Based on what I've read you're a grandma with agoraphobia and a fear of eternal damnation.
I’d gladly settle for a false impression,
If it would last a little longer, though

@akuma and heracles,

Both of you have posted valuable insights on this forum, however opposite your views. Pls regard the OP with consideration to what she/he has appealed to, thanks.

Thank you, absinthe, for putting the thread back on track.

How is absinthe's post not equally dismissive towards Karenk's interests ? ... I'm genuinely curious about your rationale.

If you're genuine about this thread, it would help to describe what you fear is going to happen if you leave your place.

@ShowJumpingRabbit, why do you believe my response is dismissive towards karenk's interests?
